Founded by Thomas Pastuszak just a few years ago, with the goal of showcasing how diverse the Finger Lakes region of New York can be, Empire State highlights the Riesling grape, with fruit sourced from various vineyard sites to create a textured, layered bottle. This entry-level Riesling is vinified bone dry, showing thirst-quenching flavors of tart apple, citrus, and minerals, with lemon-lime acidity giving way to a lingering finish. Delicious!
