Bouchard Roses de Jeanne 'Val Vilaine' Blanc de Noirs Champagne [2017]

Former sommelier Cédric Bouchard took over his father’s vines and established Champagne Roses de Jeanne back in 2000. All wines are produced from single varieties, organically farmed single-vineyards, and single vintages, with no dosage added. ‘Val Vilaine’ is produced entirely from Pinot Noir, hailing from its namesake lieu-dit. Notes of tart red fruit, chamomile, and white flowers dominate this utterly thirst-quenching palate.
