Domaine de la Tournelle Jura 'Trousseau des Corvees' 2017

Domaine de la Tournelle was founded in 1991 by Evelyne and Pascal Clairet, situated in the heart of Arbois. The duo works six hectares of vines all organically, producing 12 different cuvées. This varietal Trousseau is hand-harvested and fermented in steel, followed by aging in barrel. Silky and fresh, the wine shows flavors of fresh berries and earth, noted by zesty acidity and strong backbone. Delicious with classic summer BBQ fare!
