Back in the ‘70s, Anselme Selosse pioneered the idea that great Champagne begins with excellent fruit and organic viticulture; today, the Selosse name is synonymous with superior bubbles, all fermented with native yeasts in wood barrels and left extensively on the lees. ‘Sous le Mont’ is a Grand Cru Blanc de Noirs, showing herbal notes of spicy red fruit with slight nuttiness on the finish.
