After the 2004 closing of their renowned New York City based restaurant, La Caravelle, Rita and André Jammet decided to carry on the late French tradition of proprietary blending, stamping their name on three different cuvées crafted in Epernay. ‘Nina’ is a 40/30/30 blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier, showing flavors of apricot, brioche, and spicy pear. Perfect with seafood, as well as Middle Eastern cuisine.
