Pierre Cotton Cote de Brouilly 'Les Grilles' 2016

Aromatic, varietal Gamay from one of Beaujolais’ most exciting new producers. Former motorcycle mechanic turned vigneron, Cotton produces all of his wines organically and without sulfur, with semi-carbonic vinification taking place in cement tanks. ‘Les Grilles’ is bright and refreshing, full of juicy red fruit noted with earth spice; though new to the scene, Cotton is a force to be reckoned with.
