This natural yet seriously delicious Syrah covers so many bases: lovers of the Northern Rhone, Old School Bojo, and quaffable natural reds, this bottle is for you. After graduating from agricultural school in Beaujolais, Jean-Michel Stephan met Marcel Lapierre and Yvan Métras, who taught him the ways of natural winemaking. Today, Stephan farms all of his fruit organically and with biodynamic principles, uses carbonic maceration in the cellar, and hasn’t touched sulfites since 1997. When we say this bottle is for everyone, we mean it.
