This organic/biodynamic White Burgundy is produced from one of the region’s most underrated appellations. The Côtes d'Auxerre neighbors Chablis and is therefore dominated by similar soil types and cooler climate conditions. This racy Chardonnay is packed with flavors of underripe citrus, lemon peel, and chalky white peach. Serve this acid-driven bottle with gougeres, foie gras, or fresh seafood favorites.
