They continue to support their father’s ‘hands off’ mentality in the cellar and create personality-driven wines loaded with flavor. Their Bourgogne Blanc shows notes of juicy yellow fruit, noted with apple-like acidity and warming, baking spice undertones – palate-coating, zesty, and seriously delicious.
