MC Thiriet Bourgogne Blanc 'Confidentielle' 2016

Maison MC Thiriet is one of the Cote-d'Or’s new micro-négoces, based out of Château de Comblanchien. Headed by winemaker Matt Chittick and Camille Thiriet, the duo’s past experience working with 75+ various appellations has prepared them for crafting some of Burgundy’s most new and exciting wines. The 2016 ‘Confidentielle’ is fermented with natural yeast and vinified in neutral oak; vibrant, well-balanced, and insanely versatile on the table.
