Tschida Weinland 'Kapitel I' 2016

Christian Tschida is the fourth generation winemaker of his family, farming ten hectares of vines in the Neusiedlersee region of Burgenland. His approach is hands-off, incorporating significant oxygen contact during the vinification process. ‘Kapitel’ is a Zweigelt (70%) dominant blend, vinified with 30% Cabernet Franc. Dry & structured, with spicy pepper undertones, dark fruit flavors, and pronounced minerality. Serve with game or burgers!
