Anne Boisson Bourgogne Aligote 2015

Boisson's wines are produced traditionally, with grapes hand harvested and hand sorted, followed by aging for 1 - 1.5 years in predominantly used oak. Their 2015 Aligoté is thirst quenching and vibrant, with flinty acidity and and bright fruit; a pleasant, easy-drinking change up from the more common Chardonnay based wines of the region.
