Owned and operated by Nicolas Bernard and Veronique Bonin, this Burgundian estate cultivates 17.5 hectares of vines across some of the region’s most esteemed appellations, with a minimalist mentality implemented in the cellar. Wines are aged in oak for 15-18 months, bottled in synchronization with the lunar calendar. ‘Folatieres’ is classic Puligny, showing rich flavors of stone fruit, lemon, and gunflint, with a distinct soil-driven minerality.
