Domaine de Courcel Pommard 1er Cru 'Grands Clos des Epenots' 1999

‘Grand Clos Epenots’ is one of four Premier Cru wine growing areas in Pommard and is owned exclusively by Domaine de Courcel. The monopole is comprised of 4.89 hectares and provides fruit for nearly 50% of the estate’s total production. The 1999 vintage is lively and structured, showing flavors of red fruit, herbs, black pepper, and earth. Tannins will continue to integrate gorgeously over the next few years.
