Domaine Dujac Morey-Saint-Denis 1er Cru Blanc 'Monts Luisants' 2020

This taut and tangy 1er Cru Chardonnay from Dujac errs on the zestier side of White Burgundy. Slightly reductive notes of sweet orchard fruit, citrus rind, white flowers, and pastry dough dominate the wine’s multi-layered palate. The wine is aged for one year in oak (partial new) and six months in tank. The finish is lean, focused, and rather sharp for White Burgundy.
