Domaine G. Roumier Bonnes-Mares Grand Cru 2017

Founded in 1924 by Georges Roumier, Domaine G. Roumier holds the standard for sensational Burgundy. Now headed by Georges’ grandson, Christophe, the winery uses mostly destemmed fruit, which ferments and ages in oak. This Grand Cru knockout is aged in 40% new oak and bottled unfiltered, showing a concentrated and complex palate that only Bonnes-Mares could provide. This bottle will withstand the test of time (10-20 years!)
