MC Thiriet Cote de Nuits-Villages 'Montagnes' 2017

Maison MC Thiriet is one of the Cote-d'Or’s new micro-négoces, based out of Château de Comblanchien. Headed by winemaker Matt Chittick and Camille Thiriet, the duo is crafting some of Burgundy’s newest and most exciting wines. ‘Montagnes’ comes from 50 year old organic vines, vinified in ex-Rousseau barrels. The final wine is silky and aromatic, showing notes of red fruit and minerals, noted with zesty acidity.
