Headed by German born Dominik Huber, Terroir al Limit’s first vintage was produced in Catalonia in 2001, crafting elegant, terroir-driven wines that highlight the unique growing sites of Priorat. Concentrated fruit, whole-cluster fermentation, and foudre and/or concrete tank aging give way to expressive, balanced juice. The 2014 ‘Torroja’ is a fruit-forward 50/50 Garnacha-Carinena blend, full of velvety texture and fine tannins.
