Founded in 2004 by Piero Incisa, Chacra’s mission is to express the unique microclimates of Rio Negro using organic farming and biodynamic principles to create clean, pure wines. Their Pinot Noir grows in sandy limestone soils; fruit for ‘Treinta y Dos’ coming from vines from 1932, from which cuvée gets its name. The 2016 is silky and earth-driven, full of spicy elegance; powerful yet structured, will benefit from a few years of cellaring.
