Father-son duo Bernard and Pierre Boisson have been making strides in Meursault for the last two generations, using low-impact vinification methods and minimal new oak. Their entry-level Bourgogne Blanc is rich and round, perfect with hearty chicken dishes with cream sauce. Burgundy on a budget never tasted so good.
