Planted in 1994 at 120 meters above sea level, fruit for ‘Three Oaks’ comes from three acres of salty, ocean influenced climates, with red soils and limestone bedrock. Natural, cold fermentation for 14-21 days gives way to a gorgeously golden wine, full of acidity and well-integrated French oak. Rich yet racy, one of our favorite New World Chards.
