This relatively new domaine impresses us with an ecologically responsible ethos and mouth watering wines perfect for entertaining. Young Lavallee farms 5.5 hectares without relying on chemicals. Not easy work in a region known for persnickety weather. We're excited to have some of his wine to share, because it's pristine and food friendly.
