Francois Raveneau Chablis 1er Cru 'Montmains' 2019

We were out to dinner at a little restaurant in Chablis, and the place was buzzing. Vignerons and their neighbors were all there for a Raveneau tasting and the bottles were lined up like an art installation. Everyone wants to experience this long-aging, totally transcendent Chardonnay from some of the finest sites in all of Chablis.
