Now on their fourth generation of winemakers, Génot-Boulanger produces classic wines from 22 hectares scattered from Chambolle Musigny to Mercurey. Organic and biodynamic conversion has been in progress since 2008, seeking to produce the most terroir-driven wines as possible. The 2015 ‘Les Boucheres’ comes from a Premier Cru vineyard site, showing elegant minerality and deep, complex flavors, noted with white flowers and smoke.
