Founded by Robert Nicolle and Josette Laroche in 1979, this Chablis-based domaine is now headed by their son Charly, farming 20 hectares of vines around the village of Fleys. Wines are vinified on the lees in steel tanks, creating a fresh yet energetic style. The 2017 Vieilles Vignes show notes of white flowers, yellow stone fruit, and green apple, noted with bright acidity and a weighty mid palate. Serve with seafood or sushi.
