Paul Pillot Saint-Aubin 1er Cru 'Charmois' 2018

Led by Thierry Pillot—along with his father, Paul and his sister Chrystelle—Domaine Paul Pillot has reputation for making some of the region's most celebrated wines, since 2004. Some describe his style as understated, but that's not to say there isn't texture and length in his wines. On the contrary, the wines speak for themselves and the terroir without missing a beat.

'Charmois' is one of the finest vineyards in St. Aubin, adjacent to 1er Cru En Remilly. Pillot practices organic farming on these 50+ year old vines. St. Aubin is a rising star in Burgundy and today's generation of vignerons, such as Pillot, are influencing the movement.
