For white wine in the Veneto, it’s all about Garganega; here, Giuseppe Quintarelli uses half that, matching the other fifty percent with Trebbiano, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, and Saorin, giving way to an aromatically exotic bottle of refreshing white. Deliciously refreshing; pairs well with an array of antipasti. Hands down, one of Quintarelli’s most interesting wines.
