Walter Scott Chardonnay 'Seven Springs' Willamette Valley 2017

Founded in 2008 by Ken Pahlow and Erica Landon, Walter Scott focuses on small production Pinot Noir and Chardonnay that highlights the terroir of the Eola-Amity Hills. This is the first vintage of this wine from Walter Scott. The 2017 Chardonnay Seven Springs Vineyard opens with crushed shell lemon peel and saline over white peaches almonds honey and Greek yogurt. It's medium-bodied and silky with explosive savory flavors tangy acidity and a very long textured finish. A gorgeous expression from the Seven Springs vineyard.
