Jimenez-Landi has deep winemaking roots in the DO of Mentrida, producing exquisite Grenache-based wines from old vines farmed organically and biodynamically. All wines ferment with natural yeasts and are aged in lark oak barrels. Fruit for ‘El Reventon’ comes from 70 year old vines, giving way to a concentrated yet balanced wine, full of red and dark fruit flavors, silky tannins, and a savory, lingering finish.
