Juicy, varietal Garnacha from Central Spain; bright, fruit-forward, and insanely refreshing. Fruit is hand harvested and grown organically, undergoing a 2-7 cold maceration before fermentation begins. Partial whole cluster adds texture and spice, with a combination of old vine fruit bringing concentration and weight. Drink now or age for another 5-10 years.
