Now headed by the winery’s second generation, Benedicte and Stephane Tissot produce 28 wines from 40 hectares, farmed organically, biodynamically and chemical-free. ‘BBF’ is an Extra Brut sparkler, comprised of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, aged five years on the lees before disgorgement. The final wine is smokey and bready, with creamy notes of pear, vanilla, and citrus. Champagne quality with a Jura twist!
