Heir and owner of the famed DRC winery, Aubert de Villaine and his wife Pamela settled in Bouzeron, within Burgundy’s lesser known Cote Chalonnaise region, creating their namesake domaine to highlight the unique single-vineyard terroirs of the Chalonnaise. ‘Montots’ is a silky and nuanced Pinot Noir, showing racy notes of stewed red fruits and chalky minerality.
