Kuenhof Eisacktaler Sylvaner Sudtirol 2018

Kuenhof is owned by Peter and Brigitte Pliger and has become one of the most highly-regarded estates in all of northern Italy. Their organically farmed vineyards are located on steep terraced hillsides dominated by rocky soils. This highly underrated variety thrives in the Pliger’s soils, leading to a wine full of yellow stone fruit, baking spice, and wet earth flavors. Lively and bright, the wine pairs gorgeously with salads and grilled fish.
