Her wine is a translation of this setting through farming that Laura describes as “agro-ecology with minimal impact.”

'Portela do Vento' blanco is a blend of native white varieties, harvested by hand and bottled without fining or filtration. This is described as a “mountain white” that delivers a satisfying balance of stony minerality and zippy acidity.
