MC Thiriet Cote de Nuits-Villages VV 2016

Maison MC Thiriet is one of the Cote-d'Or’s new micro-négoces, based out of Château de Comblanchien. Headed by Canadian winemaker Matt Chittick and Burgundian veteran Camille Thiriet, the duo’s past experience working with 75+ various appellations has prepared them for crafting some of Burgundy’s most new and exciting (+ affordable!) wines. The 2016 CdN-villages is organic and energetic, with notes of fresh raspberries and distinct minerality.
