Bereche 'Beaux Regards' Extra Brut Champagne 2015

The Bérêche estate was founded in 1847 and is now headed by Raphaël and Vincent Bérêche, who farm the family’s nine hectares of fruit biodynamically and chemical-free. Secondary fermentations are executed under cork closures, adding a layer of complexity to the wines. ‘Beaux Regards’ is an old vine blanc de blancs, showing concentrated flavors of citrus, white stone fruit, fresh cut flowers, and chalk-dusted stones.
