‘Rive Gauche’ is an organic/biodynamic Blanc de Noirs made from 100% Pinot Meunier. The wine is intense, vibrant, and loaded with flavors of tart red fruits, crushed wet stones, toasted brioche, and flower petals. According to the Bérêches, this wine is inspired by the ‘spirit of Bohemian Paris.’ We’ll drink to that.
