San Fereolo Dolcetto Dogliani 'Valdiba' 2019

Nicoletta Bocca, proprietor at San Fereolo since 1992, has guided the estate to biodynamics, certified by Demeter. This is regarded as one of the most expressive wineries in Dogliani, just south of Barolo in the Langhe. 'Valdibà', made in stainless steel, is fresh and bright, a juicy Dolcetto with a pleasant tannic structure. This is one of our favorites for mushroom and sausage pizza or charcuterie.
