Lauer Riesling 'Schonfels 111' Kabinett Mosel 2021

This legendary Saar-based producer is a master at all things Riesling. Lauer is now in the 5th generation and committed 100% to this variety — we’d be hard pressed to find a more authentic evocation of steep-slope Mosel terroir. This one is so vibrant, with green leaf and citrus notes and incredible chalky minerality on the finish. We've got a couple of bottles for sushi night.
