Lieu Dit was founded by longtime friends Eric Railsback and Justin Willett, both of whom share a passion for the marine soils of Santa Barbara and Loire Valley grape varieties. The Cabernet Franc in this bottle comes own-rooted vines and is fermented with native yeast then whole cluster pressed. This is dark and juicy with superb balance and freshness that we love with crisp salads, grilled veggies, and lean grilled meat.
