Frederic Savart 'l'Accomplie' Extra Brut Champagne NV

Frédéric Savart is regarded as one of the most interesting producers in all of Champagne. ‘L’Accomplie’ is a Pinot Noir dominant blend rounded out with Chardonnay, produced from both current vintage fruit and reserve wines. Fruit for this cuvée comes from vines in Ecueil and is aged in both neutral oak and stainless steel. The final wine is a bright and aromatic delight that we think is a real treat to drink. Notes of green apple, salt, wet rocks, and chalk dominate this creamy yet restrained palate.
