Diego Losada, a former organic chemistry student, took to the vine and pursued intuitive philosophy, combined with non-interventionist farming, to cultivate 5 hectares of bush vines in the heart of Galicia. A hands-off mentality is implemented in the cellar; ‘Vindemiatrix’ is a Mencia dominant blend, destemmed and vinified in concrete.
