Brezza is a family owned and operated business and has been producing traditional style Barolo since 1885. Today, the state is run by the family’s 4th generation, who converted all of their vineyards to certified organic. Composts and cover crops are used, wines spontaneously ferment, and all wines are bottled unfined/unfiltered. ‘Sarmassa’ is a structured and complex wine, hailing from 20 to 70-year-old vines.
