With 19 hectares across Castiglione Falletto and Serralunga, an emphasis on soils, microclimates, and terroir are the focus of Brovia’s cuvées. Grapes are organically farmed, lightly crushed, and classically vinified, with a focus on indigenous Piemontese varieties. The 2007 ‘Rocche dei Brovia’ is chewy and ripe, with notes of cherry, licorice, and roses; balanced and bright, with a persistent finish.
