The Elio Grasso estate’s 18 hectares of vines are located in the heart of Monforte d’Alba. Today, the family focuses on single-vineyard bottlings, as they believe that this best reflects each of their unique growing sites. ‘Gavarini’ is a stainless steel vinified varietal Nebbiolo marked by bright flavors of raspberry, mint, and red flowers. Fresh acidity and tight yet approachable tannins lead to a lengthy, fruit-driven finish. Pair with creamy pasta dishes, mushroom risottos, and all things truffle.
