Roagna Barbaresco 'Paje' 2016

A limited production from one of the most storied regions in Italy, the historic vineyards of Barbaresco. Oh that earthy, truffle, wildflower complexity that dresses up plenty of juicy red fruit and miles of tannins. It's got some time to go, of course, so you can cellar this one for another 20+ years if you like. This is an iconic wine, worth the splurge.
