‘Vinupetra’ is an anomaly of a wine. Fruit comes from one single-hectare plot of 100+ year-old vines rooted into ashy, mineral-laden soils. The combination of mountain and sea influences in this vineyard site lead to a multi-faceted bottle loaded with layered flavors of sour cherry, scorched earth, and ashy smoke.
