Ciro Picariello Irpinia Fiano 2021

Saline freshness layered with savory, nutty qualities and beautiful floral aromatics. A staff favorite when it comes to Fiano. In fact, this is a bit of a cult classic for lovers of the variety, thanks to zippy high acids and and more mineral drive than other bottlings from the region. We're drinking this young, but there's a Fiano following that puts this down to age too. We love that versatility!
