Domaine Champet was founded by Emile Champet, who was one of the first pioneers to cultivate vineyards in the rugged woods of La Vialliere. Today, his grandsons Romain and Maxime carry on the family’s legacy by continuing to vinify wines in the traditional regional style (100% whole clusters, native yeasts, and aging in neutral barrels). This flagship cuvée is classic and clean, marked by dark-fruited flavors of cassis, herbs, smoked meat, and thyme. Concentrated and earthy, this wine is perfect for pairing with hearty meat-based dishes.
