Larkmead Cabernet Sauvignon 'Dr Olmo' Napa Valley 2015

Founded in 1895, Larkmead is one of the longstanding, family-owned estates in Napa. The estate’s 45 hectares sit on a combination of gravel, clay, and loam soils, with winemaker Dan Petroski seeking to bring out the complexity and diversity of each specific site. ‘Dr Olmo’ shows textured flavors of dark fruit, baking spice, herbs, rose petal, and crushed stones, depicting gorgeous energy and a serious sense of place.
